American Business Technologies (ABT) is a family owned and operated business. Steve and Cynthia Hibbard started the business in 2003. The Hibbard’s were owners of a 35 year business started by Steve’s father George. It was a very successful water treatment business where the focus was always on customer service and satisfaction.

Kevin Poeschel joined ABT and came from years of experience in mailing equipment service and a background in postal regulations and efficiencies. Kevin is a member of the PCC (Postal Customer Council) and is trained on postal regulations and rate schedules. He is the plant operator and oversees all the mailings that are processed and sent. Tom Bence, who was also involved in the family water treatment business for 27 years, joined ABT as a partner and general manager. Tom has marketing and management experience that has helped the business grow to where it is today. He is the lead contact for quotes and job specifications. Teri Voss has brought years of customer service, organization and computer skills. She is the lead for billing, data files and mailing lists that are sent to ABT along with accounts payable and receivable. Teri’s e-mail is outsource@abt-corp.com

In March of 2007, ABT moved into a new state of the art facility to better serve our great customers. Our new facility is in compliance with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and is designed for mailings to be approved and shipped from our facility directly into the USPS system.
